Hi, I’m Ji-won. I’ve lived in Seoul my whole life, and I travel around Korea whenever I get the chance — mostly to eat well and sleep in interesting places.

I started this site because friends and colleagues visiting from abroad kept asking me where to stay. The usual review sites work fine, but they don’t always tell you the things that actually matter — which neighbourhood suits your trip, what a place feels like in real life, whether it’s worth the price.

So I write those things down here. Nothing fancy — just honest notes from someone who knows the country well and wants visitors to have a good time.

All the hotels on this site are places I’ve personally visited or have direct knowledge of. I use Agoda links to help cover running costs, but that never influences what I recommend.
